Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened grooming products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

How to Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team through our Contact Us page
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll send you return instructions and a return authorization
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
